We do not provide tax preparation, legal, or financial advisory services. Any financial decisions should be made in consultation with a certified accountant or financial advisor.
All services are provided remotely and are subject to our availability and acceptance of a client engagement.

4. Payment & Billing
All fees for services will be outlined in a service agreement provided before work begins.
Payments must be made on time as agreed upon in the service agreement.
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
Earnest United, LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice to clients.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of bookkeeping services, all payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
If a client is dissatisfied with a service, we encourage direct communication to resolve concerns.
6. Confidentiality & Data Security
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information.
Client data will be handled with strict security measures, and we will not disclose any financial information unless required by law.
We use third-party software, including QuickBooks Online, for bookkeeping services. Clients are responsible for reviewing QuickBooks Online’s privacy and security policies separately.
7. Intellectual Property

Any bookkeeping templates, reports, or customized financial materials created for a client remain the intellectual property of Earnest United, LLC, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Earnest United, LLC is not liable for any financial losses, tax penalties, or legal consequences resulting from the use of our services.
We provide bookkeeping services based on the information provided by the client and are not responsible for errors in financial reporting due to incomplete or inaccurate data.

9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a bookkeeping service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement.
Earnest United, LLC reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to provide necessary financial data, makes late payments, or engages in fraudulent or unethical activities.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, such as QuickBooks Online or payment processors. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Clients using third-party financial software are subject to that platform’s terms and conditions.
